We are saving rocks to be used for the next latrine. After filling, we started construction of the support for the slab. Linford worked hard to make sure the mason and foreman understood the plan. Communication is a BIG challenge.
The Mid-Atlantic Professionals (MAP) chapter of Engineers Without Borders (EWB) is traveling to Rwanda in August-September 2008 to implement a latrine repair project. This blog will have running updates on the progress of the project.
